Returns Policy

If you receive your order and you don't love it, that's ok!

Lucy in the Sky offers a 14 day return policy on all full priced items purchased online - this means you have 14 days from when you receive your order to return it in it's original packaging, unworn and with its tags on. 

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@lucyintheskyboutique.com.au, once we have accepted your return, we will inform you of how to return your item (returned items postage is at the customers expense).

Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or store credit. If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded at a later date.

If you paid via card, funds take 5-10 business days to securely process.

You will receive a courtesy email update from Lucy in the Sky as soon as your refund has been initiated.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please always contact us at hello@lucyintheskyboutique.com.au first so we can set aside your exchange.

Sale Items

We will accept returns on sale items within 5 days of receiving your order.  Understanding we are an online business, we will allow refunds on these items as well as exchange and credit notes.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
